Please consider these hassle free, convenient packages for your Key West wedding, commitment ceremony or vow renewal. These include ceremonies at locations including private gardens, orchid gazebos, public beaches, parks, sailing catamarans, historic schooners and private yachts.

These packages are based on public sites which are free to use and which do not require a site reservation.
EASY BOOKING: Deposit of $100 reserves all packages valued at under $750. Deposit of 50% required on all packages $750 and higher.
EASY PLANNING: Free planning/concierge assistance for parties of 10 or less.
EASY PAYMENT: Personal check, PayPal or Visa and MasterCard by phone.
EASY TERMS: Final balance is due just 30 DAYS prior to your ceremony and a simple 2 page contract seals the deal.
*Please note where transportation (pick-up and return) is included applies only to Bride and Groom or 2 designated persons.
A convenient downtown meeting spot I recommend is Croissants de France at 816 Duval St. A short walk from the cruise ship docks and the Key West Court House. They offer good cover and have a lovely French country courtyard atmosphere. Croissants de France also makes a perfect "back-up" plan incase of rain.
“I DO KEY WEST”: $100
Includes a carefree tropical ceremony and 15 digital photos available on-line for purchase. Meet at the beach or other Key West ceremony site.
Available between 10AM and 3PM daily. Casual attire only. 10 person maximum. Please add $10 per person over 10, maximum 25 persons.
A simple, sweet barefoot ceremony performed with panache! Email your on-line photo album to your friends and family.
“I DO, I DO”: $200 (For couples arriving by cruise ship)
Includes carefree tropical ceremony and 50 digital photos available on-line for purchase.Includes pick-up at a convenient downtown location and return. 10AM to 3PM daily. Email your on-line photo album to your friends and family. Perfect for couples arriving by cruise ship or who just want a little more.
CONCH REPUBLIC MINISTER OF LOVE: $250.00
Flexible ceremony available any time of the day (or night). Officiant attire may include black or white robe, tuxedo w/tails, black suit, olive suit, white linen pants and white linen shirt. Vows may be customized.
100 digital photos available for purchase on-line available upon request.
Maximum guests 125. Over 125 please add $100
CAREFREE WEDDING IN THE KEYS: $300.00
Includes carefree tropical ceremony performed any time of day. Sunrise (my personal favorite, high noon, sunset or by moonlight. Tropical attire. Customized your vows or use my own. 100 digital photos available for purchase on line. Email your on-line photo album to your friends and family.
CAREFREE WEDDING IN THE KEYS With Flowers: $400.00
Add a professionally created bouquet and boutonniere, hand made exclusively for you. It’s less expensive to include with your package than purchase from the florist!
CHAPEL ON THE SEA: $700.00
Key West on the water. The perfect way to experience sunset. Includes 150 digital photos, Tropical bouquet and boutonniere. Wedding cake for 2. Sail tickets additional, depending on the vessel generally add $35-$175.00 per person. *For a truly special sail, please consider a private charter or custom dinner cruise.
DRY TORTUGAS BY SEAPLANE: $800.00 (AIRFARE NOT INCLUDED)
Very private and exciting affair. 70 miles from Key West.
Includes 200 digital photos, tropical bouquet and boutonniere.
Does not include airfare, currently $199.00 per person, 9 passenger max.
Minimum 3 tickets required, officiant, bride and groom. ($597.00 additional)
MANGO TREE INN CEREMONY: $800.00 (Party of 2)
A wonderful choice for an intimate setting by the pool and orchid gazebo. Generally guests book all of the suites to make it a private island retreat. Includes location fee, 100 digital photos, Tropical or Traditional Bouquet and Boutonniere. Tropical wedding cake. Add $20 per person up to 40.
CARFREE KEY WEST WEDDING SAFARI: $900.00.
Includes tropical ceremony and 150 digital photos taken at 3 different Key West locations, Tropical bouquet and boutonniere, Pick-up at your Key West hotel, courthouse or near your cruise ship. Approximately 2 hour time duration. Add tropical circle of flowers and assistant for 1 hour for $250.00.
GARDENS HOTEL CEREMONY: $1000.00 (Party of 2)
This historic property includes many lovely options for photos. The internationally renowned Gardens Hotel is among the highest rated small inns in the United States. Includes location fee, officiant, 150 digital photos, Tropical or Traditional Bouquet and Boutonniere. Tropical wedding cake Add $20 per person up to 10. Please contact me if your party is over 10 persons.
Fort Zachary Taylor Beach Wedding: $1400.00.
Key West's best beach. The package price includes the required state site fee for "THE POINT", which offers the very best view of our spectacular Key West sunsets. Includes 150 digital photos artfully created tropical bouquet & boutonniere, "Conch Republic Love Ring In The Sand", created with fresh tropical flowers, flower petals and Queen Conch Shells.
All photography packages specifying a number of digital images is intended to convey a minimum number to expect. I shoot as many photos as possible in the time specified for the ceremony.
The ceremony may last from 1/2 hr to 4 hours
Additional 1/2 hour of Photography.
Add this to any package for $125.00 per half hour. Includes additional 50 digital photos.
Please note all packages including photography do not include prints.
Prints are available for purchase on line. Where a specific number of photos are included this is used for illustration purposes of the minimum number of images to expect in your online digital album.
All packages also include: Dinner Reservations*, Pick-up/Drop-off*.
*I'll make dinner reservations for you (parties up to 10 persons) and pick you up (Bride and Groom only), take you to the wedding site, then drop you off for a romantic dinner following the ceremony. (Dinner not included.)
If you would like to add additional photos, the rate is only $125.00 per 1/2 hour.
Please consider adding a 1/2 hour if you would like photos taken at more than one location.
Ex: The beach before your sunset sail. This is an inexpensive way to add excitement to your wedding album.
